As I entered the grocery store I noticed there were a lot of shopping carts along the walkway (an odd HEB) thy hadn’t been picked up because of the rain. So, I cleared a path by bringing a lot if them together into a line so people could get by.
Thinking little of it, I went shopping and returned to find the line longer than I’d left it, one man adding more carts to it, and a mother...
Hey, Sprint! Good job with the Overdrive deal for the iPad! That’s a smart idea and should get tons of folks to sign up. You know, if your data plan wasn’t $60/mo for one device when the iPad’s plan is $30/mo for the same. Aside from that little tidbit.
Dumbasses.
Why did my iPhone just randomly reboot? And why is it taking so long to start up?
Oh. It’s fscking. My phone … has to run fsck. Oi.
Did you people ever stop to consider that what you call tags are really just keywords?

An excellently-written little story.
Every time I work with Mac OS X, I realize how restrictive iPhone development is. Damned shame.
The most recent Frontline about the Haiti quake isn’t kidding when they say there’s graphic video. I simply can’t imagine being there, and my cushy little mind refuses to let me. It’s worse than I could have thought.
I would up deleting the show after skipping much of it. The whole “dead bodies littering the street” bit was a bit much without my boy to hold...
Marco.org: iBooks and private APIs →
iBooks’ use of tons1 of private APIs is frustrating on a few levels, the biggest that it makes all third-party reading-related apps second-class citizens. I won’t be able to offer some features that iBooks has (such as a true brightness control), but my customers will expect them, making my…

Just found Asher on the kitchen table. On the table. As in, got on the chair, stood up, got on the table, stood up.
We’re so screwed.
Just realized: two years on and my Citizen solar watch hasn’t needed a new battery. My old Fossil needed one a year…
Yay for passive recharging!
What is this “Easter” and why is it interfering with my iPad news coverage?
Wow. Bugs Bunny was an asshole.
Why don’t some women understand that clown makeup doesn’t flatter them but, instead, makes them look like a time traveller bookmarked the 80s with their face?
Just sent a 3am snarky email to sjobs about needing to use the App Store to sell apps. If only I could expect a response.
I can see the finish line, and they’re painting over it and drawing it another mile away.
How did we code without tab completion?
The iPad’s battery estimate of 10 hours of video? Conservative, it seems. http://daringfireball.net/linked/2010/04/02/breeden
Mazda: zoom zoom.
Toyota: zooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom!!!
That “Apple Screen of Death” on my iPhone better be an April Fool’s joke.
Leave it to me to find the one coffee shop that plays Christian radio, is full of old ladies and fake people, and has an art show.
AN ART SHOW.
Time to switch shops and never come back. Sorry I doubted you, Scooter’s.
