I forgot how productive I was when I had Maiden turned up on my headphones so loud I forgot I was in the office. I should start expensing my iTunes purchases.

I don’t care about tabs v. spaces.
I don’t care about line length.
I don’t care about line breaks.
I don’t care which line the brace goes on.
The problem is not the code. The problem is your editor. This is 2011. Upgrade. Adjust. Move with the times. Focus on the code and not how pretty it looks.

It’s always a good feeling when a pull request is accepted on an open source project, even if it’s just a one-line fix.

ungenius:
The Austin American-Statesman is reporting that Appiction.com has been locked out of their office and their employees staged a mass walkout.

… and how did he wake up?
“Hi-ho, the derry-o, the farmer in the dell…”
Silly kid. I love him.
Is he asleep? Of course not. He’s singing.
“I’ve got a baby bumblebee…”
Just remembered VoicePrint (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=50612). Imagine if Siri could tell who was talking and customize responses based on that?
You’re welcome, Apple. Please make it. Thanks.
Rain. Huh.
I preordered the Jobs biography in iBooks. Something about that just feels oddly right.

It's Time to Go
“We don’t expect to pay nothing to ride the train, it’s the same thing with a checking account,” [Nessa Feddis, vice president and senior counsel of the American Bankers Association] said.
No. It’s not remotely the same. The train is pure service and doesn’t make money because you’re riding it. It doesn’t gain interest on your ass being in the...
