Writing, for a change

The turnaround is kind of funny.  I started writing on Livejournal a long time ago, moved to my own site in ‘01, changed apps a few times, then realized that while I kept thinking I wanted “control” over everything, the more I had, the less I wrote.

Then I rediscover Tumblr and it’s pretty much the direction I wanted to go in with new software anyway.  Freaky cool.

I may still wind up writing something of my own, but I think it’ll tie into this more than replace it.  Perhaps.  We’ll see.  For now, this is the easy way to write and post things so there’s no rush to find other solutions.  I just need to tie it into HG somehow.  I’m thinking of loading up one of the aggregator modules and doing it that way for now.

About

Hi. I live here.

I'm a software developer that is currently spending a great deal of time with Python, Django, Objective-C and iPhone, and various sysadminy things. When I'm not coding, I'm chasing around my little toddler son and telling him not to say that in public and please put that back on before we get kicked out.
