I just called in to AT&T U-verse tech support to request the 3 HD stream profile for my install. The tech support person didn’t know how to do it, said so, and suggested I call sales tomorrow.
Say what? YOU HAVE THE TOOL IN FRONT OF YOU. USE IT.
