In the weeks before state health officials destroyed more than 5 million newborn blood samples they had stored without consent...

People thought I was crazy when I voiced objections at the mandatory blood tests for Asher when he was born and at my fears that his blood was going to be cataloged without consent and used for various things we’d never know about. This is exactly what I was afraid of, and it’s quite real.

About

Hi. I live here.

I'm a software developer that is currently spending a great deal of time with Python, Django, Objective-C and iPhone, and various sysadminy things. When I'm not coding, I'm chasing around my little toddler son and telling him not to say that in public and please put that back on before we get kicked out.
